*Ingredients:
°12-ounce container of frozen whipped cream, which I thawed prior to use.
°2 large cans. Of the strawberry pie filling, I used 21-ounce cans.
°A medium pound package of 8 ounces soft cream cheese.
°Small box of instant vanilla pudding mix.
°sour cream; We will need about 8 ounces.
°1 cups. Of the crushed butter-flavored biscuits, I used about 38 biscuits.
°1/2 cup cold milk.
°1/4 cup melted butter.
+To prepare this delicious dessert, follow these steps:
Step 1: Beat the cream cheese in the bowl of a regular stand mixer for a few minutes until you get a super smooth consistency.
Step 2: Then add 8 ounces of sour cream and whisk again to mix it all together.
Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine cold milk and pudding mixture, and beat with a hand mixer on low speed for about 3 minutes.
Step 4: Next, stir in the cream cheese mixture, and top with the whipped topping.
Step 5: In another bowl, mix the biscuits with the melted butter and continue mixing until combined
Step 6: To finish, layer half of the cream cheese mixture, crumbles, and pie filling in a 2-quart clear bowl.
Step 7: Then repeat the layers again, you can add more layers if you like.
Step 8: Refrigerate until ready to serve. This recipe makes between 12 and 16 servings, but you can double the ingredients and put them in another bowl that is larger than the one used here. A deliciously creamy layer of strawberry pie filling, I hope you enjoy!
