CHRISTMAS M&M Cookie Boards


°1 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
°1 cup light brown sugar
°3/4 Cup Sugar Sweetheart
°2 Large Eggs
°2 teaspoons vanilla
°3 four cups for all purposes
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1 teaspoon salt
°1 c chocolate chips (
°1 c M&M's (plus more for tops if desired)

* Methods 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. For thick bars, line 9 × 13 ′ ′ with foil. For insomnia bars, line the pan 15 × 10 ′ ′. Leave a comment for easy removal. Then spray it with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl using a blender, mix the butter and sugars together for 1 minute. Add the eggs and vanilla and combine until combined.

Add the flour, baking soda and salt and stir until combined. Fold the chocolate chips and M&M's (save about 1/4 cup for the top).
Scoop biscuit dough in the pan. Then put the M&M chips and extra chocolate on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until barely golden brown. Leave to cool completely, then remove and slice.
Stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
