My recipe is very simple:
Whisk the eggs 3 Add 2/3 cups of sugar 1/3 cups of melted butter Add 1 cup of dark carot syrup and half of 1 cup of pecans.
Stir until placed in a regular pie crust and bake in 350 oven until puffed. That's all and it's just delicious.
I make a lot on Thanksgiving for my friends because they like pecan pie.
