Fat burning cucumber salad


° 1 avocado
° ½ cucumber
° lemonade
° ½ red onion
° 1 or 2 tomatoes
° fresh coriander
° Drizzle of olive oil
° pinch of salt and pepper


*How to prepare

To make this perfect salad for lunch or dinner, you don't need to spend hours preparing it, or prepare countless ingredients. 

Avocado and tomatoes must first be cut into pieces, then cucumbers into slices, and do the same with red onions.

Then put everything in a salad bowl before adding the cilantro, olive oil, and lemon juice. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
