*Ingredients:
• 2 pounds of sirloin
• 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp of black pepper
• 1 tsp of paprika
• 1/2 tsp of turmeric
• 1 tsp of chili powder
• 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/2 tsp cornstarch
* Methods :
• Putting all ingredients in an airtight bag. Closing bag tightly and shake to mix all the ingredients.
• Then generously spreading seasoning mixture on each slice (front and back).
• Leave steak with season for at least 40 minutes at room temperature to marinate steak.
• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
• Spray or wipe grill grates with oil. I using vegetable oil but olive or canola oil will work just fine.
• Placing steaks on a hot grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, depend on how you like your steak done.
• Turn the steak on & grill for an add 3-5 minutes, depending on how you like your steak done.
• Then removing steak from the grill and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before cutting or serving.
