Vegetable Beef Soup

* Ingredients:

° 1 pound grilled beef, trimmed and cut into inch cubes
°Half a teaspoon salt
°Half a teaspoon black pepper
°1 tbsp olive oil
°1  Chopped onion
°2 cloves garlic, chopped
° 6 Cups Beef Broth
° 15 ounce tomatoes with juices
°1  T Italian Season
°2  C potato cubes
°1⁄2 sliced islands "
°1 celery rib sliced into 1⁄2 "

°Temperature 1 ° C green beans cut into 1⁄2 pieces
°Frozen corn cup, dissolved or canned

* Methods :

Season the meat with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large saucepan and add beef in small batches until brown, about 2 minutes each side.
Add cooked beef to the pan, reduce the heat to medium and add onion and garlic. Cook another two minutes.
Add broth, tomatoes, juices and Italian spices with scraping any brown pieces of the bottom of the pan. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 45-65 minutes or until the beef is cooked with a fork.
Add potatoes, carrots and celery and simmer for another 15 minutes. Add the beans and corn and simmer for another 10 minutes. (If you prefer soft grains, they can be added early.)
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
